AkijBashir Group, a rapidly expanding conglomerate with diversified business interests, faced a significant challenge as it grew: the incompetence of existing Pre-Fabricated Steel Building manufacturers to meet ABG’s requirements for steel buildings. With an annual need of 10,000-12,000 MT of steel approximately, AkijBashir Group found that the quality of materials and the on-time delivery from external suppliers frequently fell short.

In response to these challenges, AkijBashir Group launched Akij Steel Mills Limited (ASML) at the end of 2016. Since then, ASML has rapidly become recognized as one of the most efficient Pre-Fabricated Engineered Buildings manufacturers in Bangladesh, specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of Pre-Fabricated/Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings and Storage Solutions. ASML was established to provide customized, cost-effective solutions for steel buildings and racks, ensuring the highest quality standards by sourcing Grade-A raw materials globally. Over the past decade, ASML has delivered more than hundreds of successful buildings across Bangladesh. The company has built a strong reputation for its commitment to delivering high-quality steel structures within the shortest possible timeframe, a crucial factor for businesses with tight project deadlines.
